Yamada Westwood

Fantastic architecture....beautiful ambiance, a little cold but very formal

Tai carpaccio, nice presentation, beautiful plateware, tasty.

American Kobe Beef Carpaccio, interesting presentation.... Grade B for being slightly above average

Fried Tofu (Agedashi) w/ a shishito pepper and slice of eggplant...

Seared blue fin tuna in ponzu.... this sliced kumquat theme seemed to be throughout their presentations...

Desserts: Green tea panna cotta & delicate white roll cake & pomegranat sorbet

Chantilly cream...w/ a lovely purple rose

Yamada is a longer open to my knowledge but it was a beautiful restaurant w/ above average food.
