Shabu Shabu which consists of the following: Massive amounts of fresh green onions,
tofu,
enoki mushrooms,
napa cabage for the
soup base....then followed by thinly sliced well marbled ribeye beef,
dipping sauces and a fresh salad....add in a few
udon noodles...next the
porridge (rice, egg, and dried seaweed added to the shabu water), good way of "recycling your foods".
