Playing off the NYC neighborhood name
SoHo & combining it with the ever popular Korean potato & grain based "liquor"
Soju....Soju had recently gained popularity because of it's versatility being a low percentage alcohol & techinically classified as a wine, hence the ability to serve with only a Beer & Wine license. It is also easily subsituted for Vodka or other clear based liquors in most mixed drinks.

The basis to an upscale
Bim Bim Bop. Spinach, Bean Spourts, Carrots, Mushrooms, Radish & Cucumbers. This was extremely fresh but not as tasty as many other more traditional Korean places.

BBQ chicken with
Kochuchan dipping sauce with fresh veggie sides & an interesting "healthy" twist of
green tea rice.
The entire "set" meal that they offer during lunch at Sohoju. Sohoju is located in LA J-Town just off of 1st street....not the cheapest Korean food but worth a try.
